Meadow Walk Apartments in Arkansas City, KS and Pryor Creek Apartments in Pryor, OK have been acquired by Gorrell Hughes Capital.

Gorrell Hughes Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of two multifamily residential communities: Pryor Creek in Pryor, Oklahoma and Meadow Walk in Arkansas City, Kansas. Acquired in August 2024, these properties enhance our portfolio in key markets, underscoring our commitment to investing in quality housing communities that provide steady, long-term value for both our residents and investors.

Pryor Creek, a 180-unit community located in Pryor, Oklahoma, features spacious units averaging 913 square feet, a leasing office, a swimming pool, and an inviting community greenspace. Meadow Walk in Arkansas City, Kansas, offers 120 units averaging 888 square feet, with a range of amenities including a resident lounge, playgrounds, a basketball court, and a leasing office.
